Notably, he also held the position of a tax accountant for Swire Pacific Offshore, overseeing operations in 12 African countries, including Cameroon, Ghana, Mauritania, Republic of Congo, Chad, Equatorial Guinea, Uganda, Nigeria, Mozambique, Tanzania, Algeria, and Tunisia.

Christelle Tament is a highly accomplished finance professional with an impressive track record of 11 years in strategic financial planning, financial analysis, audit and internal control, financial reporting, and continuous process improvements. Currently serving as the Chief Finance Officer, Christelle has demonstrated outstanding leadership by automating the financial reporting system capabilities, employing advanced techniques to extract actionable insights crucial for informed decision-making.

She plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s market presence and her key responsilibilities includes: crafting and executing effective marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and establishing strong connections with clients.
With more than 10 years of dedicated experience, Vanessa’s journey in the tax and legal domain began in March 2013, where she served as a Junior Tax and Legal Consultant for E MINING VENTURE AND ADVISORY PLC until September 2017. During this period, Vanessa gained valuable insights into intricate legal matters, especially in tax-related affairs.
Following this, Vanessa transitioned to a role as a Legal Officer at Ecobank Cameroon Plc. In this capacity, she handled diverse responsibilities, including bank account foreclosure (debt foreclosure), estate case monitoring, loan agreement review, and the implementation of service-sharing agreements. Her multifaceted role showcased her versatility in navigating complex legal scenarios within the banking sector.
Since November 2020, Vanessa has been a key asset in the Legal and Tax Department at Intel Outsourcing Services/Intel HR Consulting Ltd. Her mission involves providing expert advice on tax and employment law, overseeing contract reviews, ensuring general compliance, and effectively managing tax audits. In this capacity, Vanessa plays a crucial role in shaping the legal and tax landscape for Intel, contributing significantly to its overall compliance and strategic decision-making.
Cyrielle is a Human resources professional with up to eight years of experience in human resources management and general administration. In her current role, Cyrielle plays a pivotal role as an HR and Business Support Manager covering 5 countries in Africa.
Her responsibilities include: Ensuring seamless onboarding of new hires and conducting effective employee orientation programs, Overseeing the complete employee work cycle, which includes contract management, monthly payroll, day-to-day employee supervision, and handling offboarding processes, including termination negotiations, Coordinating and ensuring that all HR operations and administrative processes adhere to national legal standards and compliance in various countries and Contributing to the development of businesses in the sub-region by implementing company policies and business objectives effectively.
